Write a ReviewItâ s difficult to get an answer on the science behind what theyâ re doing. I had them aerate and over seed but they werenâ t puttingdown a starter fertilizer. I just wanted to know the reason and after numerous calls I found out. The people that come around donâ t have a clue and if you ask them questions they donâ t have a basic understanding of lawn maintenance. They just do what theyâ re told. I wanted to speak with somebody who could give me specific information. Otherwise I like the app and communication on when they are coming.

I believe their are cheaper lawn care co. That will give better results. Not crazy about my results.
I hired them to aerate my lawn paid in advance on Aug 5th said it would be done in two weeks, Then called me on Aug 8-25 and told me it was too hot and would need to reschedule a month out, I want my money back.
No communication! All they want is for u to sign for EZ pay. They do not pull weeds, edge ur yard, p/u leaves, weeds, dead branches. Just showed up to spray weed killer! Really? I could do that for free! What do I need them for? I told them I had NO lawn. Desert theme in front and tropical in back, I was hiring them to remove the weeds and trim my plants/bushes to make it looks nice. Nothing. Showed up, sprayed the front, and ignored the back. I complained, and STILL no Communication. Not sure when THEIR time became more valuable than a Customers. But nothing but a headache. I am looking for someone else!

Seeing the difference from first treatment
My front lawn seems much better. Back will need more help. I think the core aeration is working.
I live in KS and have a relatively large yard. They clearly underestimated the Sq. Ft. to get my business. I called their customer service line to ask about treating yard fungus and that I understood it would cost extra. You have to call an 800 number and in 5 calls never spoke to a person that really understood lawns (4 out of 5 did not know what yard fungus was or what to do and none were native english speakers - very difficult to understand). They ultimately told me to ask my tech when they came out and the *local branch* could help. The first technician no-call / no-showed my first appointment. My second technician that came out two days later was friendly, but not a clue. Her assessment of my yard was *some brown spots*. When I showed her a blade of grass and clear sign of *leaf spot* or some dollar spot she did not know what it was or what to do. She called her supervisor, who advised they do not treat that. Defeated the whole purpose! I paid $117 for two treatments (grub and fertilizer) and I still have clover and several other weeds, along with the fungus. The technician also had no PPE on (mask, face shield, gator, etc.) and walked right up to me with no concept of social distancing. Fired them after the first visit and wish I could get my money back. Shawnee KS franchise is NOT good.
