Tru-Green is operating out of Round Rock, TX and they send a lazy rude person that was so disrespectful of his sales team by putting them down and telling me awful things about his team. He also complained about the size of my yard and he did not want to walk it. He was so bad, I asked him to leave and NOT start anything since I did not want him on my property any longer. Anyone considering this company for the Waco, TX area should definitely reconsider their options.

They didn't kill my weeds. When I inquired about it, he said that I have so many different types of grass that it was not possible. However, I bought stuff at home depot and killed it. The customer service lady when I cancelled was very nice but the service wasn't working for me.

I chose TruGreen strictly based on pricing. They call you incessantly and it is quite annoying. My first application with them took only 10 min and I have 14,000 square feet that needs to be covered. I feel like that is a little fast, even walking at a fast pace. Not sure how good/even the spread would be on my lawn. I did see a lot patches where the fert and herbicide were not evenly spread or very bare, or very dense. Will give an update to my review after I can see some results.

I would not hire this company if they PAID me! I have had nothing but trouble with them not showing up and doing their job. Let alone getting rid of my weeds in my grass. They were caught on camera staying around 5-10 minutes in their truck and then driving off claiming they did the job. High turnover. And with the many months I was with them, they never had the same service person show up. They claimed he no longer worked for the company. Shame on you, TruGreen!
