I was very impressed with the timeliness and accuracy of TruGreen. They listened to what I needed done and did not try to push me into any other services. Pricing was 20-30 dollars better than other companies in my local area.

this company merged with Scott Lawn service in the Tampa Bay area - sales person in area I live contacted me June 30th, 2016, and sold a great plan but there was poor follow through from customer service or people processing the plan sales person/dept sold and after paying for service plan, I experienced botched jobs and billing issues. I paid for 1 year of service and was double charged for individual service - initially advised my credit card would not be kept on file after paying for the year service but it was used in double charge and I did not authorize use of card---- I requested a total refund and terminated the service.

This company says one thing and does another. They make promises and fail to keep them. They give names of supervisors that don't even exist. They are a hassle to get your money back from. Then they charge you for things that the contract says are included. Then they won't stop coming and trying to treat your lawn again. They won't stop emailing you. They are worse than the Plague!!!

I just received my first treatment so I really do not know how effective they will be. They have provided very responsive service. I had an initial call, a technician/sales rep come by, a call to confirm my appointment from their call center, a tech came and applied the treatment and his work was inspected.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
