They called me, took my money, promised to send me a receipt and some one local would call me. That was a number of days ago and I have heard nor seen anything. I will call my credit card company tomorrow and have them reverse the charge.

TruGreen was able to work with me and find an affordable option. They came out to apply the first application the same week I signed up for lawn service!

Had them air-ate my lawn and it was poor quality. I left phone messages and emailed. When i did nit reply to the contract they sent they were able to both email me and leave numerous phone messages. No thanks you and please do not call me when you read this review.

Salesmen on phone charges me way more than he should have. Obviously a high pitch salesman. When I call corporate, they adjusted prices downward, and added discounts, which were not offered by original contact. I don?t like that type of pushy salesman. It makes me wonder about company itself. The proof is in the pudding.

I hired Trugreen and paid them. They did not do the work, they took the money and nothing else. I would not recommend.

The Bristol, CT franchise/branch is a nightmare - stay away! I prepaid for a season services, a big mistake. They kept changing the scheduled service date, did not return calls, did not show for scheduled apt.! After several weeks of trying to make this work, got a full refund and said goodbye! Called another local company which came to the house two days later and are doing a great job - and even a little cheaper!

It was easy to sign the contract with this firm on-line, and they were prompt in performing the first spring application. Price seemed very reasonable for four treatments.
