Write a ReviewI enjoyed the process by which they explained the services available to me and the costs upfront. I initially hired them and they did the initial premergent treatment and left the receipt and services performed checklist in my mailbox.
I hired Trugreen for about a year. The quality of my turf degraded, and weeds were all over the place even in new areas. I complained several times, but I was done when new disease catches my lawn.

The call back was quick and professional. I received an initial quote and I waited a day while I weighed my options. The follow up calls the following day were a little intense. 6 in less than an hour. a little Pushy but I hired them anyway. The service has not been done yet. I hope the work matches the sale.

Just started the treatment process with them ( so I don’t have any results as of yet ) . However customer service has been great and the app is cool and super easy to use.
I prepaid for 7 residential weed treatments. My first treatment addressed the weeds right away and started to see results. My 2nd treatment was another story. The technician never sprayed my lawn but charged me for two services. Called and they sent the technician back to only get a passive aggressive note on my door saying that he treated the yard when he was there 5 days earlier, even though I was assured that a supervisor would be back out to ensure my lawn was treated. It took numerous calls with customer service over several days before I finally spoke with a manager to be informed that this technician was let go for "ghosting" lawns. When up until that point everything was "we have to trust what our technicians say, so if he said he treated your lawn than he did" The manager was kind and refunded me for the services that were not performed but due to the length of time it took to resolve this issue and the lack of proactivity once the issue was identified I decided to cancel my service.
Too early.
Although it took some time for them to finally get me in, they are doing a good job.
