The charged my credit card on February 20 and sent an email that someone would be contacting me to schedule the service. After a couple of weeks I called customer service and they told me they could not help with scheduling issues. I call the local specialist several times and each time he said he or someone else would get back to me. I have yet to hear from anyone. Very frustrating.

Prices are reasonable but not great. Convenience is what you are paying for. The jury is still out on whether the spray treatment they use is as good as a granular application, which I've had great success with in the past. Plus, $199 to aerate a 1/4 acre is very steep, this doesn't even include overseeding.

Didn't show up but kept charging me. Lawn got worse and worse. Contacted them and they sent a supervisor. He guaranteed things would change. 3 months later I dropped them. I put down fertilizer every 3 months since and have best lawn in neighborhood.

We only know about customer service during the set-up. That was fine. We do NOT know about the actual service as it is still winter! Please ask this summer!

Just hired them, and within a few days they did the first treatment to my lawn and trees. They also provide a guarantee that if I am not happy they will come out and make it right.

They came out and did the first treatment within a week, told me what to expect, and have communicated with me throughout the entire process. This is one of few companies that offer a guarantee...if I'm not happy, they will come out and re-treat for free. That's worth a little extra. But then, I saved the "little extra" by paying in advance for my full year and getting a discount. Great company...now to see how quickly my yard improves...killing weeds is a slow process.
