their scheduling is horrible. They have an automated system and the customer service cannot tell you when someone is going to show up for an appointment. We got 3 services from them. Ther has not been a significant improvement in the quality of the lawn or the color. They are competitive with pricing but that is the only thing they have going for them.

I have an issue with posion ivy. I called true green and stated the issue with poison ivy to make sure they have professionals to remove them and they told me yes. I prepaid my service and waited 10 days before I got my service appointment and then no one showed up on the service date. I called in total of 7 times and every time I mentioned poison ivy as been the main service needed. Finally, one of their rep been honest and told me they do not perform service regarding poison ivy!!! Three weeks of time wasted and after complaining to their manager, I only got the full refund!!! Really bad service and dishonesty!!! I don't like to write reviews but because of how bad they are, I need to let people know in order to avoid the same mistake I made for choosing TrueGreen!!!

they call and leave automated messages that they are coming and never show up all the time. sometimes several calls a wk! you have to have them come back because they don't spray everything like they should. The last time they said their driver lied and didn't show up as they checked the GPS. Because I called and told them that no one ever shown....They said he printed that he did....Shorted me over 600.00 on refund...NEVER EVER HIRE THEM. CHECK THE INTERENET ABOUT THEM...AWFUL!!!

I had Scotts and I was forced to use true green when they bought out Scotts . I TRIED TO CACELL THE SERVICE AND SO FAR ALL I HAVE GOT IS THE RUN AROUND THEY WANTED ME TO TALK WITH TH MANAGER HOWEVER THAT PERSON HAS NEVER CALLED BASICALLY A TERRIBLE SERVICE GARY MITCHELL.

First of all I was quoted a price, the rep took my payment info as I paid for the year. I received a letter stating that I optioned for the pay as you go. When I called the co to inform them I had paid for the yearly service, they had no record of my call nor payment info. The rep then quoted me a completely different price (much lower) for the yearly service. That made me wonder why the two different quotes (actually I was given three different quotes). Anyway, I canceled my service as I really didn't trust the info I was getting. The two star rating was given because of the pellets that was put on the lawn on the first & last visit. The pellets were haphazardly thrown as they were on the walkways & patios. I ended up sweeping them off. I will definitely be using another company.

Overall they do a good job and are competitively priced. However, the "right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing". Their "corporate" office sold and contracted my services, but is in conflict wth the local franchises who do the work. I have multiple contract with TruGreen
