Trugreen's salesperson did not give a window of time to expect the service person, only a date. Fortunately, did arrive early in the day, so the rest of the day was open. His service treatment and fertilizer were minimum.

Expensive and said they could not address my two primary reasons that I contracted a lawn service -- Wild violet intrusion and moss. Other companies claimed they could and had record of success vs. these pests. And were less expensive... but TruGreen had better customer service response.

Asked for a lawn service manager to contact me 3 times, no response. Asked for general manager to discuss with me weed control, no response. Lawn service care specialist came to house unaware of issues I was having. Additionally mosquito control service I paid for did not resolve mosquito problem even after 2 additional service calls. All in all very disappointed.

My lawn still has a couple of bare patches, but overall I am seeing some progress with my lawn. We'll see how it improves over the season.
