I cannot not get a call back from a supervisor! Unbelievable. Even when trying to call their HQ, you get the automated number. I have a large yard and spent over $3,000 on annual services. The application crews are nice, but there is zero difference in my yard after 6 months. Again, my biggest gripe is I cannot get a supervisor on the phone! Not recommended.
Professional and thorough

Pretty good overall service. I still have to spray some weeds that pop up between visits and the flower beds do not get treated. Reasonable price
I have them on yearly contract for yard care, weed control and am very happy with the service I am getting/
The customer service was the worst I have ever encountered with any business ever. The worst one was that I left a message for the manager to call back, & he did call back- 10 days later. I asked if he had been on vacation or out of town, he said no, he just got the message! The number that you call thinking that it is your local company is not necessarily who you are going to get, I found out that they have call centers; one of the people I talked to told me that she was in Florida. The quality of the work ( and lack thereof) was the worst experience I have had with a company. I had told the manager that I wanted all the bare areas in my backyard filled in, and I was assured that they would be. At the end of my contract year, none of these bare areas were any different at all! They never even tried to grow grass there as promised. The last day the manager came over, he referenced the large bare area around my Catalpa tree by saying I could fix the area by putting down chips, flowers, etc.!! Also in the customer service area, several times I had a message that someone would be there the next day to do some work, and no one showed up, I had to waste a lot of time calling about this. Then at two other times, workers showed up with no advance notice, when I needed to rake up all the leaves up first, or the treatment would be useless. I was told by the employees that they would come back the next day when the lawn was ready, and they never showed up. When it was time to over seed, the machine went through the front yard, punching in holes, so there were plugs all over the lawn, to be expected; however, there was one very obvious area of dirt which they never touched, and I had pointed it out to them even though you couldn't miss it. They missed it. I had to use the end of my rake handle to punch holes in this area!! I am very angry about this companies empty promises, shoddy work, lack of timely response to messages left, etc. I would advise anyone looking for a lawn company to stay away from TruGreen.
Courteous staff and efficient. Did a good job of removing weeds from front lawn. Just wish they were not so costly for the work done!
Quick response to calls. Lawn techs have all been very professional and had an immediate improvement in the lawn.
