They just showed up, at 7:30 am, show up at 9:am to spray for grubs, at 9.30 am the grass cutter came, the note from Trugreen said, do not cut grass for 24 hours, sent a man back out who informed me it was ok as long as the grass was not bagged. a few days later another installer shows up to do it again, does any know what is going on? it could be a good product but management is really bad. I like that it's easy to communicate with them. Their notifications of when your service will be performed by, the person who'll be performing the service and when the service is complete is great.
I How higher than twice, the first time was a disaster because they burnt my lawn out but I decided to give another Chance, but they let me down again. I can do better myself by buying fertilizer from Agway or the home maintenance store and applying it myself. They are not very expensive but there is no value.

Set it up they contacted me within first hour. Liked what I heard, set a date of 9-17. 9-15 I get a text they are on their way and I was at work, now I was not prepare since I had kids toys and stuff on the lawn that I needed to remove. I called the 800 number got them to cancel but now I lost my 9-17 original date. I was promised I was gonna have service and or a call by Saturday, it?s now Sunday no call for service and no call from supervisor. I prepaid the service. Now I?m in limbo. I don?t need their excuses because I had a date and did not accept a change, now I have nothing for my money and they forgot who I am, just took my money
It is too soon to know how our lawn will turn out.
I used TruGreen for two years - I tried to look past the poor communication and customer service because I had decent results during the first year, but this past year I had enough and finally canceled. My lawn started to get overrun by weeds, so I contacted TruGreen to let them know I needed an interim weed treatment, but they sent someone out to fertilize my lawn. I called again and they told me my regular service was coming up, but I insisted they make things right and complete the free interim service they were supposed to - instead they aerated and overseeded my lawn and told me they could not complete the weed treatment for at least a few more weeks. After they completed the aeration and overseeding my lawn started to die. I ended up canceling the service because my lawn is in worse shape today than it was when I started and the communication with the company was not abysmal.
Customer service is HORRIBLE. Had to make several calls to get an invoice, work order summaries when it was requested at the time of account set up. Gave the work quality 1/2 star since we did not receive information from TruGreen as requested.
