We had a few clogged drains that need to be snaked, and a corroded leaky faucet drain. They came in, gave us a detailed explanation of the work needed to be done, gave us a very reasonable quote which we approved, and proptly got to work. They finished it quickly and left no mess. Everything works great now.

They charged us over $300 to replace a simple hose. Also, very rude to my wife. What a rip-off. DO NOT HIRE. Go somewhere else.

We are really sorry to hear you were unhappy with our service. Our service professionals arrived at the home, diagnosed the water leak, and presented options for repairs or replacements as requested. We removed the hose from the faucet and left the job site to find the non-stock replacement parts. We re-arrived at the house and installed the part all with approval. We had several hours of drive time, removing, finding, and replacing the part. Management reviewed all phone calls between the service professional and your wife and was unable to find any rudeness. Please reach out to the office as rudeness is unacceptable here at Bumble Bee Plumbing and would like to know more about this situation. All I needed was to have a valve on my toilet replaced. The service provider quoted me a price of $289. After I told him I thought it was too pricey, he offered to take off the $39 service fee charge. Despite the fact that the company has good customer service. I think they are just way too high. I hired them because I needed to have the one toilet valve replaced however, I would not recommend this company to anyone else.
