Lupe and Cameron are true to their profession. Lupe is one of a kind, the mold was broke when he was born. It's hard to come across people these days that have compassion and feel for you when you're going through serious hard times. Lupe gave me hope. He treated me like a friend. He gave me comfort in my Mind knowing he is genuinely a descent human being. He and Cameron did thier best to get the water heater that was right for this house and me, Mobile homes are not easy to work with when it comes to major appliances like HUD HVAC and HUD water heaters. Mobile homes are not built as tough as on site homes. It gives me great comfort knowing the employees of Bumblebee Plumbing discuss learning new things and sharing knowledge around the Round Table. There's definitely no shortcutting when it comes to Lupe and Cameron doing their job. As a matter of fact, Lupe and Cameron went the extra mile just by showing that there are people still caring and willing to work with the customer when their world is in troubled times. I will definitely be calling on Bumblebee Plumbing again. I'm sure I will be needing Plumbing work again, I'm hoping that I can request Lupe and Cameron when needed.

Steven was very professional. The new unit was faulty and he worked to get it replaced, he was in constant contact with me through this process. I would rate him 10 plus.
