Pricing structure and methods not very good. Very expensive.

very professional. Prompt- arrived 45 min. after I called. gave a number of estimates for the work needed, and suggested waiting on some stuff. They are not cheap however.

Great communication and service! From setting the appointment until the service was completed, I am very impressed with Bumblebee's customer service. Office staff were very friendly and helpful from the start. Technician went over all the options, pricing and info and was fast and efficient too! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for any future service needed.

Dan and MJ were both awesome. They explained what i needed, gave me options to review and were able to gat all of the work done in a few hours. they took the time to thoroughly inspect everything for leaks, etc and explained clearly how everything works. i took advantage of the annual contract for maintenance as well. Great customer service!

All I wanted them to do was connect one section of a kitchen sink drain pipe to another so they wouldn't leak. The workers spent a lot of time trying to up-sell me an $800 new garbage disposer (and untruthfully told me these things only last 4 years(I know better) or a $400 priced replacement of pipes that didn't need replacing. I told them to do what I asked and leave.

I'm disabled and cannot use a plunger anymore. The toilet I had been using for 14+ years (installed when the developer built this home in 1983) had quit flushing paper and solids. Dan, from BumbleBee Plumbing installed my new Toto very well! And quickly! Good job. Wonderful new toilet. I disliked the higher price, but others let me down, and he did the job correctly, the first time. I highly recommend Dan and the staff at BBP, and when I have funds, will use them again for my other bathroom, and throughout the house!
