took about 325.00 to change a faucet outside that was not the cause of the leak, sent someone else to tell me it would cost 300.00 more!!! I called to ask for a partial refund and was told it can't be done.. Do your homework everyone!

I posted on Home Advisor that I needed a plumber help to install a new kitchen sink. Another plumber had come and told me my sink wouldn't fit and he left in 5 minutes after taking 2 weeks to show up. Bumblebee Plumbing is the ONLY company that responded from Home Advisor. They called me within a very short time. Before they sent a plumber the next day, they emailed his bio and his picture so I would know would be coming to my home. I first needed advise on what sink would work and what the costs would be to install it. The plumber was very professional and said a standard sink would work just fine. He gave me a price and explained exactly what he would do under my sink for the cost. Their plumber came early the very next day and installed my sink. He was so nice and very professional. The company called me and texted me to inform when I could expect the plumber to arrive each day and when he was on his way. I haven't seen this kind of 5 star customer service for a long time. I would hire them again and recommend them for sure!

The plumber came same day and fixed the problem quickly. He gave me options for repair and there was no hard sell. Very proffesional and efficient. I will use Bumble Bee Plumbing again.
