Had some pretty serious root infiltration in our sewer line where it meets the city line. Both the gentleman who came out for the initial quote and the one who came with his team to do the work gave excellent customer service. Both seemed happy to answer any questions and took time to make sure I understood the reasonings behind the recommendation for repair vs replacement and anything else I asked about.
