I called last minute on a job I thought I could do. They were here in an hour. The service tech Dan was great he took the time and explained everything to me.

From my initial call, speaking with Churech, to after my service and installation, Bumble Bee Plumbing excelled. They were professional, providing direction and guidance, patiently walking me through the entire process. They followed through with every statement they made. My technician, Bill, was highly professional, knowledgeable and skilled at his trade. Prior to his arrival, Bumble Bee sent in email, regarding Bill (including a photo), giving me a secure feeling. His appearance was clean and professional in branded attire. Bill was assisted by Cody who was equally as professional and courteous. After the technicians finished, cleaned up and left, I received a call from Bumble Bee, inquiring about my experience and service. I am extremely happy and satisfied with Bumble Bee. They will be the plumbers I call for my next plumbing job.

They responded immediately and proposed a cheaper solution that was not provided by 2 other plumbers. The job ended up being completed within hours, very low impact, and half the cost of other estimates. I will definitely use them again.
