Amazingly thorough, professional, timely and knowledgeable. Gave me honest answers, options on how to proceed and AMAZING follow up. I cannot say enough good things about Chance, Victor and Brad who installed my water heater, did other plumbing jobs like fix a toilet, change a tub spout and change out old bibs for water hoses. When a water heater circulator was causing problems, they followed up and ordered a new part. Customer service is amazing at scheduling and getting someone out ASAP. Great company, great people, great service.

Lupe Hernandez was prompt and ready to replace my water softener which had failed. He replaced the unit and did a very neat and clean installation of the new unit. He also replaced a new shutoff valve which will ease my mind if and when I leave my house unattended. Overall I would score this company a solid five stars!

Bumble Bee is a wonderful company. They did SO MUCH MORE than this form allows me to fill in! I had representatives from 3 other companies look at my job, and Mike at Bumble Bee was immediately the favorite. He was a friendly, authentic person-- not a salesman trying to push or impress. Moreover, he was truly interested and curious about our issue, and listened to every detail and concern that we had. Most important, he was supremely knowledgeable and competent, systematically troubleshooting our complex issue. When he and his 2 helpers came the next day to do the entire bathroom demo, they arrived exactly on time even though that was 7:00am! They took care to protect the rest of the house from the demo mess, went right to work, and worked straight through until about 3:00pm with only about a 15 or 20 minute break for lunch. Mike gave me clear and reasonable updates throughout the day, showing me exactly what he was finding and what the next steps would be. Besides the demo, they also had to jackhammer past the concrete to cut out a bad shower drain and replace it with new, functional parts. They installed fresh copper tubing and valves to replace corroded leaky parts---all super clean, excellent work. When they were finished, they hauled away all the piles of demolished shower, vanity and tile, and tidied up thoroughly before they left. And the cherry on top was that Mike and his team were actually cheerful the whole day! They even kept me in a good mood about the whole project! Not only was the plumber team top notch, but the dispatch team who kept in contact with me over the phone was also helpful and communicative beyond the call of duty. I recommend Mike and Bumble Bee Plumbing whole heartedly! Thanks so much to all of you at Bumble Bee. Your refreshing integrity and extra effort IS noted AND APPRECIATED!

Excellent customer service. Service teck was very nice and explained everything, took his time and listened to my concerns.

Javier was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Came to install a disposal but did an inspection of the whole house. Explained everything and gave me tips on maintenance of my plumbing and water system. Even tested my water. Lisa kept me advised about when my plumber would arrive and if they were delayed. Definitely will have them again for plumbing issues.

Everything was done with extreme care. You are kept informed on every step. Nothing will surprise you. Once hired I had no worries.
