Where do I start, except that I was down right insulted at the estimate provided! Bumble Bee Plumbing Inc quoted me 4X the amount that the job should have commanded. Unimaginable that any trade "professional" could look a home owner in the face with that quote. Actually hired Done Rite Plumbing that did the job at market value. My opinion, Bumble Bee Plumbing are absolute predators in the service market. Steer well clear of these guys!!! Smh

Good afternoon James. I'm truly disappointed to hear that you were left unsatisfied with the service provided. I wanted to talk to the technician prior to responding to make sure I was aware of the circumstances of your visit. I just want to make sure we're being transparent, after looking at the estimate you are referring to, the scope of work quoted included rerouting the hot and cold water lines approximately 10 feet each, including new shut off valves on both the hot and cold lines, hooking up your water heater, installing a prefilter before the heater, running water to the outside with a new ball valve for future use, and repairing/reconfiguring two lav sink drains. I am curious if your other estimates were for the same scope of work, I just want to make sure we're comparing apples to apples. Additionally, I reviewed our follow up call, and at that time you said that our technician was great and you appreciated the service and that we were just a bit more expensive than you were hoping for, so I am concerned as to what has changed since then. Our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction, so if you'd like to reach out to the office we would love to see what we could have done differently to make you a happy customer.

Prompt and efficient. Plumber explained and showed what he was doing and what was broke. Not a low cost provider. Still, I would use them again.

Mike took a look at our situation yesterday, quickly identified the source of our leak, and discussed work we might want done . We considered our options, made our decision, and the job was scheduled for today. Mike and his assistants Joel and Tyler arrived first thing this morning. They were knowledgeable and skilled and did excellent work from start to finish. They installed a new water line from meter to house. They worked efficiently and enthusiastically as a team and willingly provided explanation and answers to questions and concerns.

Mike was very professional and polite and explained everything that needed to be done and he always cheked with me on everything , also very neat and clean . He left the bathroom the way he found it. Very professional others should take a lesson about customer service.I highly recommend this compaany.
