This company is make things very easy to deal with and 100% professional. The guys that turned up to do the work were very knowledgable, friendly and gave us some great information about things around the house that wasn't even part of the work they were carrying out. The upsell is strong but that's just business these days. I would highly recommend

contacted bumble bee plumbing and got a live person on the phone and got set up with the plumber for same day service. customer service kept in contact with me until plumber arrived. dan b. the plumber was a great pro by explaining everything and did great job fixing the link I had inside my laundry room wall. I also had my hot water tank replaced the same day. dan b. then on his own did an an inspection of my bathrooms and kitchen plumbing. thank you bumble bee plumbing.

Mike P. and Jesus were the techs that came and checked my old hot water heater. They did their inspection of my old unit. Then we did a inspection under the kitchen sink and both bathrooms for any possible problems. Then we sat down and went over my options. I chose to have my hot water tank replaced. Mike and Jesus did a fantastic job. Mike went out of his way and fixed a leaking facet out front. I would recommend Bumble Bee to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

From start (initial contact) to the plumber completing the job (finish), this company was awesome. They scheduled the appointment, provider ETAs for arrival and completion of work. Mike properly evaluated my home and itâ s needs and provided me with repair options. Quality work and a courteous and professional experience. Highly recommended!
