I had an excellent tech, who did a great job, worked efficiently and cleaned up nicely. He replaced a hot water heater. Their pricing was a little higher than another I had gotten, but the Tech had the heater with him, so it was done immediately.

Bumblebee wanted to charge me 900+ dollars to change a back flow valve. I said no way. I found the same part and manufacturing number of the valve for 120 dollars and up. I also found a rebuild kit for 54 dollars at Lowe's. It took me about ten minutes to rebuild.I know companies have to mark up prices but this is ridiculous. Folks do your research, sometimes you can't take a companies word. The technician did the used car deal, you know let me call my boss. His boss emeadiately drop the price to 600 dollars another red flag. Never using Bumblebee, a d they ought to be a shamed of there self.

Easy to coordinate and schedule with. Schedulers we are courteous and technician was professional. They seemed a bit high on estimate and had to return to complete the work but knew I was getting professional service.
