Reviews
Write a ReviewExcellent customer service and quality of repair.
I thought they responded in a timely manner because it was an emergency for me so I did appreciate that.
They had everything necessary already just prepared.
They were very polite and helpful
Great Customer Service that did a terrific job in scheduling and communicating when the Service Tech would arrive. The Service Tech that did the work was great and did a terrific job as well. The only issue that I can say that I have is paying them $480 for 2 hours worth of work to replace a hot water heater when I already had my replacement on site. They did supply a few extra parts which might have cost $20 - $30 but paying somewhere around $225 per labor hour seems a bit high to me. All-in-all though I can't complain about any of the service that I received and would recommend to others.
This company is really good about contacting me. And the team they sent to my house were great! They ran into an issue with the water heater, but stayed late and got the issue resolved. I highly recommend this company.
This was a great experience. I tried a do-it-yourself attempt and they had to come and fix what I did. Not only did they do that, they made recommendations of how to make it stronger and bring it up to code. They were honest, made suggestions and allowed me to decide which way I wanted to go. They worked fast and was very attentive to details. They put on protective foot wear on before entering the home which I appreciated. They cleaned up after themselves, and when they were done they offered to do a walk through to check all the water valves to make sure there were no problems either occurring that I was not aware of, or about to happen. Luckily everything was working. I would recommend them without hesitation. Hopefully I will not need a plumber for a while, but when I do, I know what company I'm calling.
My kitchen sink decided to no longer support any weight on it's left side after a bottle of soap fell the wrong way and partially collapse. Turned out the contractor who remodeled the kitchen had a weak support beam on the left side. Jim and Josh had to think quickly and make a whole new support structure for the sink and reseal it. Expensive and unfortunate job but done well and on short notice.
