Good price but it seemed they wanted us to purchase the power wash which was ridiculously expense $1,000. Because we didn t they would not guarantee the clean out.

Servicemen did not appear open to listening to customers concern/experience with problem. They denied the actual issue was the issue. After having other providers come out, we determined had they listened and trouble shot the areas we suggested, we would have been able to fix issue at that time as oppose to having to make other calls and have another company come out.

I called each of the companies recommended by HomeAdvisor and had them come out to look at the issues I had - big and small. I chose Bumblebee because the plumber they assigned was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and their process is very customer-centric. Ken was the awesome veteran plumber that helped me. He wore a uniform and booties, spent a lot of time listening to me, gave a very thorough explanation of the issues & solutions, pricing, and then did the work perfectly! As for pricing, this company is really competitive. There was no mystery about the cost or no surprise additional fees. He corrected $1000 mistake made by licensed handyman service, and also resolved a major pipe issue from outside. Call this company and ask for Ken!!

Did a great job

Fixed a faucet problem in bath that another plumbing company said couldn't be done because the original fixtures were too old. The other plumbing company insisted that everything had to be replaced to the tune of $1400 . I will use and recommend Bumble Bee
