Excellent Customer Service! Great communication with the office as well as the tech. Vincente was great to work with, personable, professional and really knew what he was doing! I was having 'nightmares' about this but not now! I will be using Bumble Bee from now on!

Outstanding customer service, communicated via phone and text and kept me updated. Angel came to my house on time, made me aware of all options, and quickly addressed my plumbing issues. He even taught me a thing or two about the plumbing in my home which was nice. I enjoyed the experience enough to sign up for the service plan.

We really appreciated Bumblebee's excellent communication, as well as how personable Lupe was throughout the service. We had one toilet fixed and properly sealed and bolted. He explained everything to us and once fixed, we haven't had any issues with it. We will definitely go to Bumblebee again for plumbing needs and would recommend.

Joel was an excellent tech. He never left anything laying around and was excellent with his clean up after the service was completed. He replaced my hot water heater and replaced a cut off valve that controlled water to the house. Excellent job!

I would have wanted them to be a little more landscaping friendly and they just left wires they dug up on the ground. However other than that very fast and high quality service. I would use them again for sure.
