Excellent service and follow up. The company worked with me, listened to my concerns, and went out of their way to make me happy and to feel confident with their company. Amazing follow through. Due diligence without pressure. Provided me a simple solution and easy to understand cost. No hidden fees or last minute add ons...definitely not your sisterâ s, motherâ s, cousinâ s, uncleâ s, friend who knows a guy from college that fixed a faucet in the dorm once...kinda service. 5 stars all the way. During the process of deciding what my options were, Mike Probst was very patient and professional with all my many questions I had. After finally deciding to get a new water heater and water soltner, he discuss with me all the little details needed to select the brand and warranty of each item. I believe I got a very good price for this service. I got these items installed in a few days, Lupe Hernandez and Mike Probst did the insulation of the two parts in a very professional minor. I would not hesitate to have these two guys to do future work at my house. Bill Stock.
