Dan was extremely professional and thorough and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. Bumblebee was also very communicative ahead of the appointment time to ensure we were available and even called afterward to make sure service was top notch! Would highly recommend. Great customer service all around.

Dan and his apprentice, Alex, were excellent. They were both very nice and professional. They arrived on time. They hooked up the plumbing for a new sink. They installed the faucet. Dan explained to me what was done and how things were hooked up. He answered all questions. They cleaned up afterwards and left the laundry room the way they found it. My interactions with the office personnel at Bumble Bee have also been very excellent. I called this morning and they scheduled Dan for this afternoon. The office staff is also very friendly and professional. I recommend this company and Dan without reservation.
