Easy to schedule the work. The plumber arrived on time. He found the leaky pipe in my attic. He diagnosed the cause and fixed the pipe in accordance to the plumbing code. He kept everything neat and clean. The plumber was friendly and communicated clearly.

Mike and Jesus were easy to communicate with. The office staff - Cheyenne, for one - were diligent and helpful.

Job went smoothly and service was professional and friendly.

They installed a bathroom faucet that I had already purchased. Also I had a slow weak from one of the lines that connect to the faucet. They replaced two lines. The quality of the work was very good. This took about one hour and it was mostly labor because I provided the faucet. The cost was $257 which I thought was a little high for one hour of labor and two lines for material.

Jim Stackhouse was the repair person that came to the house to repair our waterline.. his knowledge, and workmanship were very professional.

They replaced a garbage disposal and after initially installing a brand that they thought was the same kind, only a different manufacturer, it was found to be not to my satisfaction. They immediately said they had made a mistake and ordered what I wanted at no additional cost. Ken was extremely friendly, competent and prompt. I'd hire them again for any plumbing work needed.
