VERY OVERPRICED. FAILED TO FORWARD THE EXACT DOCUMENTS I REQUESTED. MY SON NEARLY FAINTED WHEN HE FOUND OUT WHAT WORK WAS DONE AND THE PRICE I PAID. HE HAS FOUR RENTALS SO YOU CAN PROBABLY KISS ANY FUTURE BUSINESS. HE FEELS THAT YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY AGE.

We had a slow draining toilet. Donny was very informative and professional. Replaced the toilet and gave us estimates on other plumbing issues. Will use their services again.

We had an issue without an outdoor gas fire pit that had stopped functioning. Derek did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue. He then got the necessary parts, showed up on time, and worked cleanly and efficiently to finish the work. He was knowledgeable and courteous. In addition to Derek's great work, all of the company staff were polite and helpful. This company checked all the boxes for us. We absolutely will trust them again if we have a need.

Excellent customer service and Dan was very polite. Kitchen garbage disposal was taken out on my request and new basket and faucet installed. Dan did clean up and vacuum after the work was done. I did have a leak a week later under this sink. I was told that an exisiting pipe that was not one of the ones they installed was the cause. I guess I am only wondering why everything under that sink was not double checked/tightened up on the first visit? They did come out the same day I called and tightend that leaking pipe joint up at no charge. So far it's staying dry! Prices seamed high but everything is costing more these days.
