I set up the appointment to have an outdoor faucet replaced. In the course of the visit, Bill did an inspection of other plumbing and was very informative. He did a great job with the replacement. Everything is well planned and documented via his online app. All-in-all, very professional! I had used Bumble Bee a few years ago and had the same A+ experience.

Bumblebee responded so quickly when I submitted a request for an estimate of 3 small jobs. Customer service was great and very helpful. Richard came to my house, reviewed my issues, educated me, and gave me an estimate for 2 jobs while completing the third, which was sweating a new front spigot for me hose. He replaced the old one which was leaking, with one I could replace myself if needed in the future. He was terrific.

The reason for the 4 is it's only my first time using bumblebee so it's really hard to tell. Also it was a simple job. But the service was very good. Disappointed that serviceman did not automatically wear a mask and was not vaccinated. I wore mine to protect him!

David and Victor were very courteous and professional. They fixed our main line water leak in our front yard. It took them between 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I just felt they were a little expensive.

They were able to make it out to my house fairly quickly. All the staff I spoke to was friendly and professional. Tech who came to my home was patient, professional and made repairs same day. I was even able to show him another problem w/outside spigot, and it was fixed same day. Yard was left better than it was before, they cleaned up and you wouldn’t even know I had my yard dug up. Definitely would use again and recommend!

Excellent service. David came out to remove an old water conditioning system. He was friendly and professional. He was done in a very timely manner. We ended up having a new shut off valve installed while he was there. If I ever need more plumbing work to none I will be calling Humble Bee and specifically asking for David.
