Good morning sir, I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your service. I reviewed this service to make sure everything was handled properly and I am not sure what we could have done differently. It looks like we were called out due to your ice maker not making ice. We actually don't work on appliances, however, you had stated that you already had an appliance person out who told you the water pressure to the ice maker was too low and that was the problem. Our service professional determined that was not the problem and recommended possibly replacing the RO that was supplying the ice maker. I know our service manager spoke with you and you determined through GE that you needed a new ice maker because an element was bad. It sounds like you have had a truly frustrating experience all around, however seeing as we came out to evaluate a misdiagnosis by your first appliance company, we're not sure what we could have done differently, and we're not sure this deserves a 2 star review. As we always strive for 5 star service, please reach out to our office to let us know how we could have serviced you better and how we can make things right with you.
They were on time and completed project quickly.
They came right out the same day to fix my problem. Very customer service oriented, and professional. They really were conscientious about customer satisfaction and quality of service.
