The Dispatcher was very friendly and scheduled for a Tech (Jeffrey Olivera) to come over the next day. Upon his arrival he gave me a price, told me what he would do and that everything he needed was on his truck. Due to previous owners of the property making botched repairs in the past, replacing two exterior faucets proved more expensive and time consuming than first imagined. Jeffrey worked fast and efficiently. Once finished and he wrote it all up, he also gave me a senior citizen/military discount. I would welcome him into my home to do repairs anytime.

The two techs, Jeff and Victor, did an excellent job installing two toilets and cleaning up after installation. Both were very personable and polite answering all questions. They even wore booties. Installation included valves and supply lines. They also took away the old toilets as well as the debris associated with the removal of the old and installation of the new. All in all, a great job and I would highly recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing.

The service gentleman that came was outstanding and explained everything. When he thought a helper could not come, he called back and said they had already changed my appointment once. They sent help right away. The end result was perfect. Took so long to respond because I resentful fell and broke my back so having my perfect toilets was great.

Bumble bee plumbing did a full inspection of all my plumbing. This is key since my home is 27 years old and only had minor repairs. I like that I was given 4 options and shown the issues found. No pressure. Only gave 4 on value because I am not sure on cost.
