Greg (Plumber) came into a multi problem mess as we were renovating an "old" kitchen. Greg came in and "Listened" to everything and commented where needed about the situation and went to work. Do to our "multi problem" He will need to make one more trip. He defused the ciaos of what we were in and showed us that he would only need to make One Trip back instead of Two how the countertop installers suggested saving time and Money... I was so thrilled on the end price, Including a Senior Citizen discount that I signed up for their Membership Service and paid for the full year instead of a monthly payment. Bumble Bee called that day to ask if everything went alright etc. And I told them they want to keep Greg, He's a Keeper... Thanks Greg and are looking forward to your return.
