Plumbing problems are never fun and very expensive. I did not have time to shop around but Benjamin Franklin was fast to respond. The price seemed fair but I will say much more expensive to replace a toilet than any other quote I have. I wish they would have been a little cleaner when touching my walls or items in the bathroom. Overall, I was happy he did the job so fast

Our master bath shower faucet was steadily dripping. John showed up on-time and assessed the situation. He found the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. He then showed my wife and me what he had done and instructed us on the use of the shower faucet after it had been repaired. He said it was much tighter to turn but that it would loosen with repeated usage. He also told us to be careful, as the water might start out warm but if it got too hot while we were showering, it could scald us. John cleaned up everything and then turned the water back on at the meter. He wore foot coverings and a mask the entire time he was in our house. We could not be more pleased with John's work and his professionalism!
