Technician arrived on time very professional and pretty much knew right away what the problem was. Had parts on truck and done in about 30 minutes. Obviously nobody wants to spend $350 on a external faucet but as they say...It is what it is . Problem solved and should be good for next season. Will recommend and keep in mind for future repairs. Very prompt, courteous and professional. Thanks again!!

This is not true. We gave you an option to make the repair you needed, but you declined it. The reasons were as follows: Need to cut wall and locate drain. Will need to run cable at location of vent in wall. Due to cannot get cable through from under sink at kitchen. Broke off 2 ends that were on cable. If you declined the additional work that needed to be done, we cannot be responsible for the repair not being complete. We also did refund some of your money to you because we could not clear the drain the traditional way. Please call in to the office and let us see what we can do to help you out. It sounds like you need additional work to be done. Thank you for updating your rating! So glad we could help!

From my initial conversation with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Customer Service to Danny the Plumber doing an outstanding job on our plumbing issue, the whole experience was beyond our expectations. Our job was not easy and it was fairly urgent due to a serious leak in our water main resulting in our water being shut off. Danny came promptly and developed a plan to get us up and running within a few hours. Can't say enough good things about how they solved our problems with the least possible expense.
