    They came the same day i called but only took an hour to replace the shut off valve and tighten a nut on the toilet line and it was about 400.oo big ones! I'm an educated woman with a job i've had for twenty years and i only make 38.00/hr. Sorry, too pricey for me.

    We arrived within the window we scheduled for you, came prepared to do the job, and quoted the price (along with the price for other options) before any work was started. The option was selected, and the price was approved, and then the work was started & completed. You were charged for the exact amount that you approved beforehand in writing, your work was done professionally, and came with the best warranty in the area. It seems you are unaware that sending a professional to your home, having your issue diagnosed, and then being professionally repaired costs money. It does. That is why we always present cost up front, and you always have the option of having the work done, or not having it done. If you did not want the work done, why did you choose your option, agree to the price in writing, view the work when it was completed and approve, and then pay us? All without calling into the office, or saying something to the tech standing in your living room? Being a professional I believe you should understand that professional services cost money, but it seems I am wrong. If you would like to call the office to discuss further I am always available. I hope your next experience is better, and to help make it so please enjoy a free service call on us the next time you call us out. Have a wonderful day!

    Good work, but I asked for my faucet to be fixed only and he kept trying to charge me for the hose. Then he didn't have the part and hinted that he might have to charge me to go get it.

    Needed a new water heater as part of the deal to sell my house. About 3 hours after my request, Brandon came by to give me an estimate. Wesley and Eric installed it the very next morning. The installation took about 2 1/2 hours. They were all very professional and efficient.

    6. Bankruptcy Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
