Their prices are just too high. They gave me a quote to install a water heater for $1800.00 however contacted another plumbing company and they were able to install it for $1300.00. They did repair my running toilet and it's working well but I've made have paid too much for that service.

To be fair we gave you a free, no obligation estimate for replacement, and it included cheaper options. The $1800 quote had the best and longest warranty in the area, and included parts & labor, unlike most or all of our competition. Warranties have real value, and I am sorry that they do not to you. As for your other repair, we are extremely competitive with others of our quality, of which there are few, and you still have the best and longest warranty in the area. Call us to discuss this anytime!

Set bath sink and added faucet. Realined trap with wall pipe. Set toilet with wax ring. Discovered debris left by flooring contractor and cleared obstructions. Excellent work by Mike. However plumbing is costlier than expected.
