$285 for a $8 part , did not fix the water heater. Was told by dispatch it would be another $80 to come out and tell me what was wrong. No way Im throwing good money after bad. Checked the part out myself found it was not the problem. Great troubleshooting techniques this guy had. I have watched service people come into this neighborhood and take advantage of the older population for years. Its the way business is done nowadays, hooray for me and the heck with you. Will never use a contractor working for a company and pay them both an insane hourly rate, in this case about about $500 an hour, ever again. So tired of watching people take advantage of other people.

We have tried several times to reach out to you, but seem unable to reach you. Your review is concerning, and if something was not done right, then please let us know. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I did want to address some concerns of our own as well. You did not pay $285 for an $8 part. You paid $285 for the part, the labor to install it, and the fantastic warranty you got on the work we did. All of those things have value. You were not told by our Dispatcher that it would be another $80 to come out, firstly because we do not have an $80 service fee, and secondly because you were told if it was covered under your warranty there was no charge on the recording of the call we have. As for our techs trouble shooting criticism, it is important to note that you called us out for a free estimate to replace the water heater due to it's advanced age. When we got there you only wanted to repair it, against our recommendation, and this was done. We still gave you a great warranty, but did mention that repairing old water heaters is not a good idea. The rest of your review is basically running down the company, and you are entitled to your opinion, but it is one we disagree with. You were given fair pricing to replace the heater, one with the best and longest warranty in the area, but refused our recommendation and only wanted a repair done. Lastly, we do not use contractors - Your plumber is our employee, and works for us directly - That is why he wears our uniform, and came in our marked truck. I would love to discuss all this with you, but you do not answer or return calls. If you feel you would like to talk, please call the office, and I will help in any way I can. Until then, be blessed! Consultation and installation was quick, easy. Helped set up financing. When they found out that I was replacing my AC as well they went out of the their way to provide a better quote and better unit that what I had originally planned to install. Job site was left clean.
