They arrived on time, there was an issue with the tech not knowing why he was there, which was an issue because my wife could not explain. Their internal communication could be better.
Response from Company:
Thank you for letting us serve your family's needs. We apologize for any confusion we may have inadvertently caused. Have a blessed day!

Service and repair was good. On time. They run up the tab though. Charged $109 for tight space fee in addition to repair. Isn't all plumbing in tight spaces? Also $297/hr exploratory fee to find leak. Took 10 min to find, he charged for full hour. Just too much money for the scope of work. Cut hole in drywall, replace 8 inches of copper pipe$580! I still have to fix the dry wall.
Response from Company:
I am not really sure how to respond to your review. We presented all pricing to you up front before any work was started, and you approved it in 3 different places (1 by initials & 2 by signature). The prices you mentioned above are either incorrect or misleading. Incorrect in that we did not charge you $297 for any part of the work we performed for you (please review your breakdown of charges or call us to discuss), and misleading because you imply that all these charges were added up together for the total of your job. They were not. The TOTAL was $580. That was to find a leak in the ceiling of a condo, cut through the wall, and make the repair. With a 2 year parts & labor warranty. All plumbing is NOT in tight spaces, that is why all plumbing companies charge a difficult access fee when it is needed. We use flat rate pricing, so the time it took to find the leak and make the repair would not have increased or decreased depending on the time it took to complete the job, and that is the essence of flat rate pricing, and it always works out to the customers benefit. As for the drywall repair, that too, was told to you before the work was started as we are not drywall repairmen, we are professional plumbers. You have one of the best warranties in the Metroplex, one that is twice as long as most in the area or more, and peace of mind knowing your repair was made correctly & professionally. If you would like to discuss this further, please call into the office, I would love to speak with you about this. Until then, have a blessed day!

I feel I was overcharged by at least $600. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I guess they have to make up for those times they are late and have to pay the customer and for all that advertising telling us how wonderful they are.
Response from Company:
We have no record of having serviced your home, although it is difficult to determine based on the information you provided. I can tell you that we ALWAYS present the price to our customers in writing after a thorough exam of the issue is done, but before any work is started, so that the customer knows exactly what will be done and what the price is before we start. This is indicated on our service report by the customers signature or initials in 3 different places. As for being late, no one is perfect 100% of the time, but we do try! Our plumbers rarely miss scheduled appointments, that is why we are the Punctual Plumber! Your last comment, the one concerning our advertising, is backed up by the overall review we have here on Home Advisor....4.3 out of 5 stars, which is not too bad! I do not think we serviced your home, but I will also mention that we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee that we stand behind. If I am mistaken, and we have serviced your home, then please call in and take advantage of our 100% satisfaction guarantee!

Too costly. Several "necessary" upgrades
Response from Company:
Our pricing is comparable to other companies in the area, but our warranties are the best in the business. The truth is, if we charged too much, no one would use us, and if we charged too little, we would be out of business. I am happy to see you recognize our Quality and Customer Service with the highest rating, but want you to feel better about the value for your money. Please enjoy a free service call on us the next time you need service, and know that should you ever need your warranty we are here for you.

Once the technician realized I opted for the hr rate (200.00hr) he took his sweet time. Juiced an hours work for 3hrs. Professional haggler. Meantime all I heater need was a simple tube to be cleared out. That's it. Told me he had to "round the hour" lol called his @$$ out. Still ended up paying two hours. Oh yea...make sure to clock them when technician starts to work. He lied and told me clock starts asa he arrives. Really? Buyer beware. Had I listened to his suggestion to first check pressure something I would payed at least a 1,000.00. Shame on you!!!!
Response from Company:
Actually, shame on you. We do not have an hourly rate, we are a flat rate plumbing company because that is more beneficial to our customers. All of our pricing is given up front, in writing, before any work is started. I could not find you in our system, so I suspect you have the wrong plumbing company, and that is not fair to us. We do not "haggle" either, by the way.....all our pricing comes form our Straight Forward Pricing Guide, so each customer can see the price. We do not make up or alter prices based on whose home we are at. All of our customers are treated fairly, and priced fairly for the work needed. Because we know that the best fix is not always financially the way to go, we always offer options for the work we suggest.
