    Way too expensive. Wanted to charge $99 just to research for needed part. Did not use them for repair and only paid them for service call.

    The tech was on time and friendly. However he took a LONG time to do the repair and kept making excuses over & over. The quality seems good and it does work. They do try to upsell you a lot but not overly pushy.

    They did explain everything and told me the final cost. The second time they came, the problem got worse and when I called back to see if they could come to help, I was told they were booked for the day. Why do they say that they are on call 24 hours, when their not. My brother-in- law fixed it.

    We are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You called and requested service on a Sunday. We have normal business days and hours: Monday-Friday from 7am-5pm. During these days & times we are fully staffed as that is when the vast majority of our calls come in. After hours and Sundays we have an emergency crew working, and this is staffed with far fewer techs than during normal hours. Your call was not a warranty issue as you imply here, but a different issue altogether, or related to the quote we left you. I am sorry we were not available at the time you needed us, but we do the best we can in staffing to meet demand. Please call us again with your next issue, or to do the work needed that we quoted to you, and we will be happy to get your issue repaired once and for all, and save you from these types of emergencies!     Good work. Everyone that came was excellent. Very professional. Pretty costly but there were 8 different people to pay for the one job. Which I knew up front what the price was going to be so no surprises.

    He took serveral hours doing nothing but cleaning out his truck. He was extremely slow and the faucet is already coming loose. Charged me $500 plus for it. Only cared about money. Thought I had two bathrooms. What did that have to do with what he was hired to do? Nothing- not happy With work at all.

There was not enough information in your comment to be sure, but we absolutely do not allow work like this. If you had used us here are some important factors to consider: We use Straight Forward Pricing, otherwise known as flat rate pricing, and our price is presented to you after a thorough exam UPFRONT before any work is started, and it is agreed to in writing in two different places indicated by customer initials & signature. Since we use flat rate pricing the speed of the plumber, fast or slow, doesn't cost you more money or less...the to the penny price would have been given to you upfront. All of our work comes with a warranty of different lengths based on the work performed, the minimum of which is two years PARTS & LABOR. If we had installed a faucet for you, and it had come loose within that two year period, or any other thing had happened with it, we would come back out and repair or replace it at no cost to you. We absolutely care about our customers because without them we would not be in business. Like any good partnership that relationship has to be beneficial to both sides, and we are part of the Service Industry because we want to help people. We strive to be the best plumbers in the Metroplex, hire only the best, require multiple years of experience and a license, perform background checks on all employees, drug test all employees, and stand behind our work with the best warranties & guarantees in the business. We pride ourselves in a job well done, and another satisfied customer. I believe you have entered this under the wrong company, but if you would like to call in, we will make sure, and if by some off chance it was us, we will stand behind your warranty & our guarantees!
