I was pleased overall. However, they lie when they tell you your price is a flat price. I ended up paying about $40 more than my quote. It was for taxes, so it's not like they're charging any secret fees or anything. It just would have been nice to know my end price wasn't gonna be what they told me it would be.

You paid more because this was for a business that is not tax-exempt. We do not lie, but you do apparently, and you also mislead others based on the limited facts you choose to state. We find it highly offensive that you would say this in a review.

Plumbing work excellent. All people we worked with were professional and kind. My only issue was that holes from plumbing were left. Wall repairs were not part of the deal. Which I understand, but now need someone else to come out and repair the holes left.

We were pleased that we could get someone to come inspect the job and complete the installation the same day that I called. Since it was a Friday, we were thankful we didn't have to wait until Monday to get our water heater replaced. The sales and service technicians from Benjamin Franklin were knowledgeable, professional and extremely efficient in their work.
