Great service. Friendly, respectful and knowledgable plumber arrived promptly within 2 hours. Although I am certain the bill was typical for the servicewe required, it still was hard to swollow $600. I would definitely use this company again. I do like the 2 year warranty on the work performed. Thanks Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

Too expensive. 500 dollars for a 12 inch water line splice. Pipe was already exposed. Less than an hour to complete job.

My expectations are pretty low when it comes to home repairs. However, one thing I do expect is cleanup after a job is completed. The person that came to my home did a great job with the install. But cleanup left a lot to be desired. There was dust all over the place after he left. One other thing ... don't put stickers on stuff you haven't worked on!!! I was working at the time he asked, probably didn't register. But it's just annoying. I doubt I'll ever hire these people again (and I've removed your stickers). If all you expect is a professional install. Hire them, they'll do the job for you ... I you want your house left in the same condition (from a cleanup perspective) when they leave ... you might consider and alternative option.

We always clean up after ourselves, and ask when the work is done that you view it and approve it before we leave. This concerned us then, so I had Lance call you and speak with you. I know he explained that this was residual dust from the repair, and that he forgot to tell you that it would need to be wiped down again after the job was complete. Sometimes we miss the mark, but we will always make it right. Next time please call us directly - We will always make something right. I'm sorry that this happened to you, just know it is not how we normally do things, and it was a simple himan error. I hope you can forgive us. Take care, and God bless! As for the stickers, to be clear, you were asked beforehand. If you don't want them, it is your house, next time just tell us and we won't put them on anything. We do that as a way to save you time and headache - Most people remember our name, but have to search for our number. When those items we sticker break it usually means they can cause damage if they leak. The stickers are there for you to be able to call your plumber quickly, and not waste a lot of valuable time. Most people love them!
