They are waaaay too expensive!

We reviewed the free estimate we gave you, and found our pricing is comparable to other plumbers in our area. The difference is our warranty & guarantee. We warranty our work, parts and labor, for much longer. We also have the 100% satisfaction guarantee! You did not select us because we were too high for you, and that is your right to do so, but at least be fair in the assessment. Warranties have value-just ask anyone who didn't have one and needed it.

These guys were great! Got on the managers special and Free estimate called the office got me a coupon and didn't have to pay an arm and a leg just to unclog my washing machine line! Will be calling them again....when I need them! Thank You Nicholas!

Very personable and knowledgeable plumber replaced the valve in my tub faucet. The only negative are the plumbing rates.

Just curious....if you rate the value for the money so low, why would you use us? Was all pricing presented to you upfront before any work was started? Did you agree by signature in two different places that included the price that you wanted us to proceed with the work? Our records indicate all of this was done. Could it be because you wanted a professional plumber who would do your job right with the best warranty in the Metroplex? Why then devalue that after approving of the cost so many time earlier? I know we came out at no charge to you, basically a free estimate, so there was no reason to purchase services if you didn't like the price...I know I never do. Please feel free to call the office and speak with us if you have any questions, and please enjoy a free service call on us the next time you need us. Thank you for your feedback!
