Clayton was clear with the communication and explained the work needed in a concise and understanding way. He was patient as we made our decision and we did not feel pressured. High quality work on the water heater install, the valve fix under a sink and the outdoor faucet fixes.

Nick was great friendly and very knowledgeable, walked me through all the steps what was wrong and how he can fix it and approved the amount I would have to pay before performing any work. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any plumbing needs

They are not as competent as they would have you believe. If they have to think beyond what the programming is in their, your warranty gets breached. Then you get insults and stupid false accusations.

Actually, we came out twice for your "issue" at no charge to you. Both times what you said was a leak was actually urine on the floor, with no leak found, even though we searched for one extensively. Then you requested a Manager call you because you thought this fact was insulting, and you screamed and yelled at him on the phone. We find calling a plumber out for this insulting.
