    Misinformed info on charges for an install of the garbage disposer. No breakdown on the bill for labor charges. Quoted $150. And paid over $75 apps overstated basic charge. Had their own unit for replacement.

    Response from Company:

    You were never "misinformed" on charges for the install. The "quote" you received was a generic pricing range that you chose to only hear as the lowest number, and it came from Home Advisor. We do not do pricing over the phone, our professional plumbers quote the price once they have looked at all the job will entail. The call taker on the phone is not a plumber, that would be like asking your Doctor's receptionist to diagnose you over the phone and tell you the price to fix you. There was no breakdown for labor on the bill because we are a flat rate plumbing company, we charge by the job, not the hour, which saves you money. Our service calls, what you called in, have a service fee, which you were clearly informed of, but even then we offered you a free estimate instead. Once the plumber came out and assessed what you had and what you needed, found that you had other issues so this was not just a basic install, he gave you options that included prices in full, and you chose your option, approved the option by signature, then approved again by signature for the plumber to start work, and then again when the job was done, and approved of by you. Then you paid him. Then, after 2 months go by, you give us a bad review. We then called you and issued you a refund, but you did not remove your review. We did everything we said we would, and we followed through for you above and beyond, and yet you still give us a bad review. Your issue is with Home Advisor, not us, and should be taken up with them as they are the ones that provided a range for cost of service that you took as a quote, and then at only the low end of the range because it suited your purpose. We have marked you as Do Not Service but will honor any warranty you may have. We hope you have a blessed day and stay safe!

    Did not finish the job.

    Response from Company:

    We tried to contact you several times to determine what you meant, but you did not answer or return our calls. The job we did for you was complete. You were tracking down your own parts, and were to call us back out to install them when you had them in hand. You have not called us as of this time, and we have no idea when you will have the parts you requested to pick up, get in & ready, and then call us for the install. Until you do this, and call us, this job IS complete and your "review" is misleading and should be removed. It is too bad Home Advisor will not remove bogus reviews that should never have been made, but that is not their policy. We would ask you to remove it, call us when your parts are ready, and we will come out and install them at your convenience. Until then, have a blessed and wonderful day! Stay safe!

    BFP was not the lowest quote I got for a new water heater but after taking to their tech and having him explain everything without me even asking I knew they were the better choice. I did end up spending a little more with them but I honestly believe you get what you pay for and I am beyond happy with the service they offered!
