    This was a tough job from the beginning, adding additional gas lines and appliances to an already ecpanded and maxed out system. Ben Franklin sent a master plumber who knew exactly what to do. Experienced plumbers performed the work w curtesy and professionalism. The whole system was brought up to code and we are delighted w the results and the work performed. We recommend Ben Franklin for quality and professional work.

    They were prompt to call and complete the project. Pricey for the service but I was relieved to have it taken care of but still they did not offer me options related to the costly "service call" for my estimate. I was just told you have to pay it and that was that. I would have liked to know there were options as stated in another review I saw for this company. Overall, I was satisfied.

    Too pricey! Overcharge for a simple job! Attempting Not to complete job by leaving space around outdoor faucet exposing to wet weather. I have to request for sealing which I think should be part of the finished job! NOT recommend unless someone want to pay high labor equivalent to $250/hour.

    Our plumber came out, did a thorough exam of your issue, and gave you options for the repairs needed that included pricing. You then selected which option you wanted by initialing your approval. A complete scope of work that included a description of all work that was to be done, the warranty, any special notes, and the complete price in full, was written up and presented to you for your approval. After going over every detail with you, you signed the submittal indicating your approval of all work, pricing, and special notes. One of those notes very clearly says that we would not be responsible for any cosmetic repair after going through bric

    Service man's poor work turned a small problem into a big one.

    Response from Company:

    Our plumber did the best job possible, and even tried to go above and beyond. It is possible he missed the crack in your toilet before doing a rebuild on it, but once it was determined that it was cracked we did offer, and then actually replace, the tank at no extra charge to you. The crack appeared to have been there for a while, but even if we did miss it, we tried to make it right with you....our response just was not enough for you. I am sorry that you had this experience with us, and hope to hear from you in the future for another chance to show you our shine!

    This was a top notch experience. They showed up on time, explained everything they needed to do and even gave me options. The young man that did the actual installation was pleasant, well mannered and very professional. He explained everything he did and why and cleaned up after so well the wife was surprised and happy. We were both pleased with the results.
