    Do not hire BF plumbers. I hired to just replace an element. On first trip plumber broke the O ring; second trip he broke a new O ring I ordered n stripped screw holes in element container. I paid them n didnÂ’t know they actually broke heater until my wood floored bathroom flooded overnight! A different BF plumber came out n found first one had crimped O ring n stripped screw holes, rendering it impossible to use without major leakage. So they broke my water heater and then they have stalled for weeks to take responsibility for their error n Ive been without hot water for month!

    03/15/18:(LW) To whom it may concern: On this day 3-15-18, Benjamin Franklin installed a Bosch tankless water heater for customer Christine Conway @ 318 West Lake Dr. , Weatherford, Tx 76087 at zero cost and with no warranty on the unit installed. Two year warranty will be applied on the labor on installation only and excludes any and all to do with the unit or functionality of the unit. The customer, Christine Conway, has been paid $788.36 and releases any liability, responsibility, warranty of unit, or any other issues that may or might arise from this date forward 3-15-18. The customer, Christine Conway, understands that any future issues that might arise involving the unit will be between herself and Bosch.
