Re-seated Toilet after new flooring put down. Was on time and knowledgeable. Also looked at hot water heater (part of the service while he's there). Did a real good job, cleaned up afterwards. Very helpful.

It took 2 weeks for the water heater to work.
Response from Company:
The only reason the water heater we installed did not work was because you had a bad breaker that required an electrician to replace. Professional plumbers are not professional electricians, and are not licensed to do that work. I am sorry that this happened to you, but find it extremely unfair that you would rate us so low for the fantastic job we did for you due to something beyond our control & responsibility, especially after we tried to work with you on setting up an electrician, and spoke several times in regards to this issue.

Job was completed timely and accurately but very pricey. Had the same job done 2 years ago for less than half of what Ben Franklin charged. Will not repaeat busines with them and caution others when employing this company.
Response from Company:
I am sorry that you believe you paid too much, but that is why the complete cost of the job was presented to you in writing before the work was started, and your approval to get started is required by signature (twice). Once the work has been completed, we have you view and approve the work done, and this includes collecting payment, the same amount as presented before the work began, and your signature is also requested. In short, you approved the price twice before any work was done, and then approved the work and the price by signature a third time, and by actually paying us. I am not sure how you think you paid too much when these steps ensured you knew exactly what you would be paying to the penny. Please also be aware that you have a 5 year parts & labor warranty-the best in the area-that covers your faucet, and that has real value too. I hope you have a blessed and wonderful day, and thank you for using Ben Franklin Plumbing!

It seems like a big company and was pretty expensive. They did a good job with the work though.

Couldn't ask for better service. Juan was outstanding. Only questionable point of interest was the fixed price for specific service received. The cost of $100+ to knock out a brick and gain better access to the pipe seems somewhat excessive. A (5) five minute job cost the customer $100+ more in payment to you, plus the additional expense of getting the now damaged larger hole in the brick wall repaired. Seems near the point of being unfair.
