Cheerfully replaced old broken/corroded/neglected faucets for three sinks in recently purchased nail salon. Ali, the technician was very courteous & professional in his work, making astute observations & recommendations. He is a credit to Ben Franklin. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a wall hydrant freese and called Benjamine Franklin to repair it The techniciat arrived on time, looked at the faused then gave me a quopte of over 500 dollars to repair it insistng he had to remove bric from my house to diagnose. I complained about the price, he called in and got it reduced to just under 300 dollars which means he was price gouging from the start and stilol insisted he remove brick to diagnose the problem. I had the saame faused replaced by them several yeaars ago, it was a good experience. The technician unscrewed the defective part from the wall and installed a new one. Took less than 10 minutes. The guy they sent this time STILL insisted he remove brick from ther side of my house to diagnose, that would have cost even more to repair. Obvioulsy the technician did not know what he was d*** or how to simply replace the defective part. Fortunately I was able to source the part at HOme demot and install myself. It literally took less that 10 minute4s. I will NEVER use Benjamine Franklin or recommend them again. They clearly employ incompetent plumbers not te mention price gouging!

Sometimes people leave reviews based on their emotions and not actual facts. This would be one of those reviews, along with the ones you left in several other places, all exactly the same. It's a shame that you feel lying, swearing, and being rude makes you right. Quite simply, you are not. We are not 100% right either, but you behaved so very poorly when we tried to speak with you, nothing could be brought up. It's important to note that the vast majority of our reviews on this site, and all the others you posted on, have us rated very high. We do not claim to be 100% perfect, 100% of the time, just human like everyone else. What we try to be, though, is better next time, and do our best to make it right this time. Cursing at our Service Manager, the one who reached out to you, belittling him, calling him, the plumber, and the company all kind of names, and screaming at us was probably not the most mature thing to do. Still, we will offer to speak with you again if you would like to call in and ask for the Manager you "spoke" with earlier. We hope you have a wonderful day, a great life, and learn to control your feelings a bit better. Until then, we are here if you need us.

Daryl Roach was our Plumber, and he was super professional and efficient. I would say that I really appreciated the professionalism of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The process to find out if they offered the service I needed and getting them scheduled was fast and easy. I will be hiring them again, and requesting Daryl Roach in particular, if I ever need a plumber again.
