Velocity technician arrived, and addressed the issue of no-air conditioning running. The service trip charge was $49.00 dollars. The resolution was a replacement fuse that cost less than $5.00 at any hardware store. Customer was told that the part was a specialty fuse for air conditioning systems and cost $165.00, this wasn't a true statement and the customer was severely disappointed and over charged for the services provided. Customer will not use Velocity services again or recommend them.

Response from Company:

We charge a flat fee for a low voltage fuse and diagnostic. There is a reason the fuse goes bad, and we address this issue with the fuse replacement.
