They came out right away and took pictures. They explained the problem and everything that was included in the price. Some companies may have a lower price for the unit. But then there was extra amounts for how many people were needed on the job or if I was paying by cash, credit card or check. With all that they did, they ended up being cheaper than any other company I called. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs ac repair or replacement.

Professional and curteous, when the problem wasn't solved after the first visit- the technician came back and worked for a few hours at no additional charge until the AC started working again.

The 2 men stayed on a Friday night, after they had gotten paid and I know they were ready to start their weekend, but they saw how miserable I was in the unbearable heat so they said they could finish it that night. They didn't get done until after 10pm and I was so grateful.

The tech was not knowledge when I asked questions and seemed only to want to leave instead of pursuing all reasonable efforts to find out why my air would not go below 78 in late afternoon. I wasted $180 and am not happy

They were very easy in the beginning to set appointment and waived there service call fee to get the business. Was also very quick to get to the work site. Just some minor issues with the billing. Also when the work crew came to install they were 4 hrs late. So far workmanship seems good.
