Do not use 7 months later still not working / not producing the correct power output - paying a power bill and a loan payment - Battery backup system has never worked and I am still waiting to have it fixed so it works. Panels were placed incorrectly took 6 months to have them put in the correct location and once in the correct location power output doubled but is still not enough. Now with heavy rain my roof leaks - nothing but headaches - For $30,000 the worst investment I have ever made!! Customer service is horrible no rush or concern to get the system working correctly - I thought using homeadvisor for a company so I didnt get taken advantage of and got screwed worst than hiring someone off Craigslist - 18 years in law enforcement not a very trusting person gave them a chance everything sounded great answered all my questions assured me that it would work. Now at the 7 month mark still not doing what they said, broken promises and unreturned calls- You have been warned.

Thanks for the review, We are waiting on LG to provide a special Battery charger so we can get your battery operational. as far as the roof leak we already investigated once with a water hose on your roof and could not find a leak, we would be happy to come out again and take a look, If you have any questions feel free to reach out at any time,

They called back immediately when I asked for service via Home Advisor. They got right on the job. Although my system was shot and needed replaced, they got us up and going in a couple of days.
